To become a Star Seller you have to earn all three badges. These are
- speedy replies
- smooth dispatch
- rave reviews
Once you have earned all 3 badges you then become a Star Seller.
How do you earn the badges?
Etsy have a customer service standard and a Star Seller target. We have listed out the requirements we had to meet to get our badge!
Message response rate
Service standard
- reply to 80% of first messages within 24--48 hours
Star Seller target
- reply to 95% of first messages with 24 hours (our response rate is 100%)
On-time dispatch and tracking
Service standard- at least 80% of orders dispatch on time
Star Seller target
- 95% of orders dispatch on time with tracking (we have 100% on time)
Average review rating
Service standard
- Less than 10% of reviews have a rating of 3 or lower
Star Seller target
- rating of 4.8 or higher (we are 5 star rated)
